QT-XPJ-03 is a solid defoamer. It is recommended for mortar mixing, starch gelatinization, chemical cleaning...etc.

Features

NO mentioned material on SVHC list under REACH law.； Fine particles, good fluidity, not easy to caking In the applications (dry mortar, starch gelatinization, chemical cleaning), it can quickly defoam.

Under strong alkali conditions (pH 10.0-12.0), the anti-bubble performance is stable

Ingredients  

It is composed of modified methyl silicone oil, hydroxy silicone oil and various additives.

Using Method

QT-XPJ-03 solid defoamer can be added directly after the bubble produced or added (1)as an anti-bubble component. Our company is not responsible for negative results from incorrect usage.

The best dosing point, dosage, dosing method, diluting ratio need to be determined by the customer according to the actual situation of the field test. 

Package and Storage

G-20B is packed in 25kg cardboard drums. Customizing request is available.

G-20B should be stored at 10℃~30℃, keep ventilation, keep away from fire source, avoid sun exposure or prevent rain.

Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other material to this product. Store the product as general chemical method. After using, ensure sealing and avoid deterioration.

Under the recommended storage conditions, shelf life is 12 months without opening. After exceeding the storage period, it should be checked whether it is invalid, and it can still be used if it is not invalid.
